Additionally, diligent adherence to cleanliness and sanitation protocols is expected to maintain a safe and hygienic kitchen environment that complies with all health and safety regulations.

As a key member of the culinary team, the Sauté Cook works collaboratively with kitchen staff and management to ensure a seamless flow of operations. Being flexible and willing to assist across multiple stations is essential in this fast-paced environment. The position requires a resilient attitude, physical stamina for prolonged periods on feet, and the ability to lift moderate weights safely. Availability is required primarily from Wednesday through Sunday during evening shifts, with work typically starting between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM and extending until after the kitchen closes between 8:30 PM and 10:30 PM due to cleanup and closing duties.
