Job Requirements

  • Experience in scratch kitchens
  • Excellent knife skills and proficiency in culinary techniques
  • Strong organizational and discipline skills
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Availability for advancement within the restaurant
  • Servsafe food handler or managers license or other FL approved certification
  • Able to lift at least 25 lbs and comfortable with prolonged standing

  • Excellent knife skills and proficiency in culinary techniques
  • Strong organizational and discipline skills
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to tasks
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Availability for advancement within the restaurant
  • Servsafe food handler or managers license or other FL approved certification

Job Duties

  • Stock ingredients
  • Prepare and cook a variety of sautéed dishes and sauces with precision and excellence
  • Ensure the highest quality and consistency in every dish served
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a smooth and efficient operation
  • Adhere to all safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen
  • Learn other positions on the line and be able to execute recipes and preparation as directed
  • Able to lift at least 25 lbs and comfortable with prolonged standing
