Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous kitchen or culinary experience in a similar position
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- physical stamina to stand for long periods and handle kitchen equipment
- attention to detail and commitment to food quality
- ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols
- legal authorization to work in the country
Job Qualifications
- proven experience as a sauté and broiler chef or similar role
- strong knowledge of cooking techniques, especially sautéing and broiling
- ability to follow recipes and presentation standards closely
- excellent time management and coordination skills
- understanding of food safety regulations
- good communication and teamwork abilities
