The Saucy! Experience Director role, equivalent to a Restaurant General Manager, is a pivotal leadership position charged with being the driving force behind the success and vibrancy of a Saucy! restaurant location. This role carries full ownership of the restaurant's performance, encompassing everything from team building and training to delivering standout hospitality and ensuring operational excellence. The Experience Director will lead a passionate team of Saucy! Experience Managers (assistant managers), Vibe Captains (shift leads), and Vibe & Kitchen Rockstars (team members), fostering an energizing culture where employees feel valued, motivated, and able to grow professionally.

This managerial position demands a versatile skill set that combines people leadership, business acumen, and innovation. The successful candidate will harness data analytics and digital tools to optimize efficiency and sales performance, while personally engaging with guests to build loyalty and address concerns in real time. Managing P&L responsibilities, labor costs, inventory, and regulatory compliance are integral parts of the daily work. Job Requirements

  • Minimum age 18 years

  • physically able to lift 50 pounds
  • two or more years of management experience in restaurant or fast-food industry

  • able to work independently and lead teams
