Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • one year of food preparation, cooking, and/or cashier experience preferred
  • certification through ANSI accredited Food Handler Training Program required within 30 days of hire
  • maintain current food handler certification throughout employment
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
  • comply with all safety and health regulations
  • maintain personal hygiene and dress code
  • reliable attendance and punctuality

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • one year of food preparation, cooking, and/or cashier experience preferred
  • ServSafe Food Handler Training Certificate or equivalent ANSI accredited certificate required within 30 days of hire and maintained during employment
  • ability to follow standardized recipes and department policies
  • capable of operating cash register and managing financial transactions accurately

Job Duties

  • Performs cold prep and pantry duties
  • prepares menu items and serves in satellite services area
  • maintains and safely uses equipment
  • handles and stores food in a safe and sanitary manner
  • operates cash register and maintains transaction accuracy
  • maintains a clean and attractive work area
  • performs other related duties as assigned or directed to meet department goals and objectives
