Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous bartending experience preferred
- knowledge of cocktail preparation, wine, beer, and spirits
- strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- basic math and cash-handling skills
- experience with POS systems preferred
- alcohol service certification and food handler certification as required by local regulations
- ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
