The Server Assistant (Busser) role at Pacific Hospitality Group is integral to maintaining the seamless operation of restaurant services. This position is designed to support servers and overall restaurant functionality by ensuring that dining areas are clean, tables are properly set, and guest needs are promptly met. The Server Assistant plays a critical role in enhancing guest satisfaction by contributing to an organized and welcoming dining environment. Responsibilities include assisting servers with service delivery, replenishing dining necessities such as water and condiments, maintaining guest areas’ cleanliness, and efficiently clearing and resetting tables.
