SanTan Brewing Company is currently seeking a part-time Cocktail Server - Bartender to join their team in Chandler, AZ. This position involves working within both the brewery and the Spirit House bar, providing exceptional customer service while sharing a passion for craft beer, spirits, and mixology. The role requires an individual who is keen to learn about the history and processes behind SanTan’s brewing and distilling craft, enthusiastic about sharing this knowledge with guests, and who maintains a positive and safe work environment. Compensation is hourly, with a wage of $10.85 per hour, plus tips, and complies with the Arizona Minimum Wage Tip Credit statute. Working hours include weekend and holiday shifts, which may involve 8 to 10 hour shifts, including evening and night shifts.

The ideal candidate will have a strong, outgoing personality, a phenomenal team spirit, and at least one year of bartending or serving experience at neighborhood family-style restaurants or craft cocktail bars — nightclubs and resorts are excluded.
