SanTan Brewing Company is a renowned brewing establishment located in the East Valley of the Phoenix metro area, specifically in Chandler, Arizona. Founded in 2007 in downtown Chandler, SanTan Brewing Company started as a modest 15-barrel brewery and restaurant at its original location. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum one year bartending experience at neighborhood family-style restaurant, bar, or craft cocktail bar
- flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- ability to work 8-10 hour shifts including nights
- Arizona Title IV Responsible Alcohol Serving Certificate preferred
- Food Safety Certification preferred
- ability to stand for prolonged periods
- ability to lift and carry objects up to 35 pounds repeatedly
- ability to occasionally move heavy objects up to 165 pounds with equipment
- ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments
- willingness to learn and maintain a positive attitude
- ability to follow safety protocols and company policies
Job Qualifications
- At least one year of bartending or serving experience in a family-style restaurant, bar, or craft cocktail bar
- excellent customer service skills
- passion for craft beer and spirits
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- strong communication and teamwork abilities
- preferred Arizona Title IV Responsible Alcohol Serving Certificate
- preferred Food Safety Certification
