Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to handle cash register operations accurately
- Capability to climb ladders and move merchandise up to 44 pounds safely
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable and punctual attendance
- Ability to work in environments ranging from 34°F to -10°F
- Comfortable working around common allergens
- Physical stamina to remain mobile during entire shifts
Job Qualifications
- Previous Starbucks or food service experience preferred but not required
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members
- Ability to operate handheld scanners and communication devices
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Strong problem-solving skills for resolving guest issues quickly
- Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
- Ability to stay composed and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience by crafting quality Starbucks beverages and food
- Uphold Starbucks and Target food safety and brand standards
- Execute food and beverage operational processes including deliveries, stocking, zoning, and inventory management
- Support Starbucks Drive-Up service ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment
- Maintain a clean and inviting dining area
- Engage with guests authentically to understand and meet their needs
- Complete training related to quality control and safety protocols
