We are currently seeking a diligent and responsible Night Porter / Sanitor to join our team. This position is essential to our nightly operations as it encompasses thorough cleaning and maintenance tasks that are crucial for the smooth functioning of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently during nighttime hours, efficiently managing the end-of-day cleaning routines without direct supervision. The role includes major cleaning of the interior restaurant building and all cooking equipment to uphold hygiene and operational standards.

Responsibilities include dismantling, cleaning, sanitizing, and reassembling vital cooking equipment such as broilers, fryers, and hood filters. The candidate will also be responsible for changing grease in fryers, cleaning floors, walls, ceilings, and windows, ensuring that the entire restaurant environment is spotless and well maintained. Additionally, observing and enforcing safety and security procedures is imperative to prevent any accidents or security breaches during the night shift.

Experience in building and equipment cleaning and maintenance is highly desirable, as the position requires knowledge of effective cleaning methods and safety protocols.
