We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented team member to join our staff as a Store Sanitation Associate. This role is essential in maintaining safe and sanitary conditions throughout the store, with a strong focus on adhering to company standards and health department regulations. The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the exterior front entrance, sidewalks, and various interior areas of the store, ensuring these spaces are inviting and hazard-free. Additionally, this position requires practicing safe food handling procedures to comply with all safety protocols and delivering excellent customer service that reflects our core values.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute significantly to the overall customer experience by maintaining cleanliness and safety, which are critical components of retail success. You will also engage with customers and store associates, demonstrating effective communication skills and teamwork. By performing routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning restrooms, filling dispensers, removing trash, and managing floor conditions, you will help create a hygienic and pleasant shopping environment. Your duties will also include specialized cleaning tasks like shampooing mats, vacuuming rugs, handling pest control, and minor equipment maintenance, ensuring that all store areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
