We are currently seeking a dedicated Store Sanitation Associate who will play a vital role in upholding these high standards. This position is essential to the smooth functioning of our retail environment, focusing on the cleaning and maintenance of the store's premises while ensuring compliance with all safety and sanitary guidelines. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of cleaning duties, including operating cleaning equipment, managing waste disposal, performing minor maintenance tasks, and utilizing proper cleaning agents to ensure effective sanitation.

In addition to practical cleaning skills, the role requires a strong commitment to customer service, as the associate will frequently interact with customers and store associates. They must demonstrate clear communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful retail environment. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing conflicts reasonably and nonconfrontationally, acting with integrity in handling customer and business information.

The position also involves some physical tasks such as moving equipment to facilitate thorough cleaning, replacing light bulbs, and spreading ice melt or shoveling snow during winter conditions to keep entrances safe and accessible.
