Aramark Facilities Management is currently hiring Sanitation Technicians for the Lorenzo Food Group facility located in Engelwood, NJ. This role is essential in maintaining sanitary conditions and ensuring compliance with stringent food safety standards within a food production environment. The position is a hands-on, physically active role focused on cleaning and sanitizing production equipment, facility spaces, and surfaces. As a Sanitation Technician, candidates will utilize power washers, pressure washers, and other cleaning equipment alongside approved cleaning chemicals to keep production and facility areas safe and compliant.

The Sanitation Technician role is ideal for individuals with experience in custodial, janitorial, warehouse, or industrial cleaning environments seeking stable, daytime employment. The position offers a consistent schedule from 9 PM to 5 AM, five nights per week, within a facility that operates Monday through Saturday. This job requires physical endurance, including standing, walking, pushing, and pulling for extended periods, as well as the ability to lift up to 50 pounds comfortably. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) usage is mandatory, depending on the tasks performed, emphasizing safety and compliance throughout the work shift.

This role involves adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety protocols, performing routine inspections, and following detailed cleaning checklists and procedures to maintain a hygienic and safe production environment.
