The Maintenance Team Member role at Whole Foods Market is essential for maintaining cleanliness, safety, and overall store appearance to ensure customers and team members enjoy a positive shopping and working environment. This role involves performing general cleaning duties across store departments including seating areas, restrooms, back offices, landscaping, and parking lots. In addition to routine cleaning, the Maintenance Team Member supports other teams with special cleaning projects, performs minor repairs and improvements, and assists during cleaning emergencies. The role also involves participating in ordering maintenance supplies and adhering to all health and safety regulations, especially food safety standards.
