We are currently seeking dedicated and motivated Maintenance Team Members to join our store teams. This entry-level role is essential for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of the store environment. Maintenance Team Members perform a variety of duties including cleaning floors, seating areas, restrooms, and back offices, as well as supporting cleaning projects across all departments. They participate in routine maintenance tasks such as minor repairs, ordering maintenance supplies, and managing landscaping and parking lot upkeep. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. New team members who successfully complete their first 90 days may be eligible for a base rate increase.

The Maintenance Team Member is responsible for upholding Whole Foods Market’s core values and quality standards, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and delivering courteous and efficient service to customers and fellow Team Members. This position requires physical stamina, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and proficiency in using various tools and equipment, including electric pallet jacks and box cutters. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed is also necessary.
