The Maintenance Team Member role at Whole Foods Market offers an entry-level opportunity focused on ensuring cleanliness, safety, and functionality across the store. This position is responsible for maintaining the general cleanliness of the sales floor, seating areas, restrooms, and back offices, as well as performing minor repairs and improvements. The Maintenance Team Member supports the team with cleaning projects and assists in handling cleaning emergencies to uphold store standards. A key part of the job involves maintaining the landscaping and parking lot, ensuring that all store departments remain clean and organized.

Familiarity with using tools and equipment such as box cutters, electric pallet jacks, and other machinery is important. Exposure to FDA-approved cleaning chemicals and varying temperature conditions will also be part of the everyday work environment.

The wage for this Maintenance Team Member position ranges from $22.00 to $29.73 per hour, based on experience.
