The Food & Beverage Sanitation Supervisor is a vital seasonal role at Schlitterbahn, playing a key part in upholding food safety standards while enhancing guest experience. This supervisory position offers a competitive wage of $18.00 per hour and is designed for individuals 18 years of age and older who are passionate about food safety and guest service. The supervisor will lead daily sanitation audits using company-approved forms, ensuring that all food service areas meet stringent safety and cleanliness requirements. This role involves direct communication with food managers regarding daily audit outcomes and proactive correction of any safety deficiencies discovered.

Beyond auditing, the Food & Beverage Sanitation Supervisor will coach and train associates on proper food safety practices, fostering a knowledgeable and compliant team. The supervisor is also responsible for addressing and resolving food safety issues promptly, maintaining a safe environment for all guests and staff.
