Job Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- prior experience in food safety or sanitation preferred
- ability to communicate effectively with team members and management
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- strong attention to detail
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- physical ability to perform sanitation duties

- availability to include some weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays
Job Duties
- Address and resolve any food safety issues
- coach and train associates on proper food safety
- directly communicate to food managers on daily audit results
- greet guests, answer questions and ensure quality service
- conduct daily audits of food service areas, utilizing Schlitterbahn approved audit form
- prepare reports for regular review with management including weekly recaps and suggestions on improving processes
- correct immediate areas of deficiencies when observed
- report any and all maintenance concerns that could have an adverse effect on food and personal safety
