The Sanitation Supervisor role at ABM is a crucial leadership position responsible for overseeing sanitation processes within a designated facility area. The supervisor manages a team of hourly associates, ensuring strict adherence to FDA regulations, safety standards, and company sanitation procedures. Compensation for this position ranges from $55,000 to $65,000 annually, with actual offers depending on education, experience, skills, geographic location, and market data. In addition, employees may participate in incentive or bonus programs. The position requires reliable transportation, the physical ability to lift weights ranging from 15 to 50 pounds, and the flexibility to work scheduled shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays. The working environment can involve extreme temperature fluctuations and exposure to chemicals, necessitating strict use of personal protective equipment. Strong communication skills are essential for coordinating with team members, management, and customers, as well as for maintaining organized records and conducting inspections.
