Compensation for this position ranges from $55,000 to $65,000 annually, with actual offers depending on education, experience, skills, geographic location, and market data. In addition, employees may participate in incentive or bonus programs. The position requires reliable transportation, the physical ability to lift weights ranging from 15 to 50 pounds, and the flexibility to work scheduled shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays. The working environment can involve extreme temperature fluctuations and exposure to chemicals, necessitating strict use of personal protective equipment.
