Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to follow established dish machine guidelines
- capability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to handle repetitive tasks and lift heavy items
- willingness to work as part of a team
- knowledge of safety and sanitation procedures
Job Qualifications
- prior experience in a kitchen or dishwashing role preferred

Job Duties
- use established guidelines to correctively utilize and maintain dish machine
- wash glasses and dishes in standard dish rack
- wash pots and pans only in the pot washer's area
- ensure all cleaning required to keep the kitchen neat and clean is performed
- empty full and heavy trash cans and sanitize them
- place new trash bags in containers after cleaning
- follow all MSDS protocols and safety guidelines
- perform other kitchen duties as assigned, including assisting with plating banquet events when needed
