We are currently seeking a diligent and motivated individual to join our kitchen team as a Dishwasher. This is a crucial role that ensures the smooth operation of our kitchen by maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards. The dishwasher will be responsible for using established guidelines to correctly utilize and maintain dishwashing equipment, specifically handling glassware, dishes, pots, and pans efficiently and safely. This position involves more than just cleaning; it includes ensuring that the entire kitchen remains neat and organized through tasks such as cleaning spills, sweeping floors, and managing trash disposal safely with appropriate sanitation protocols. Our Dishwasher may also be called upon to support banquet event services by assisting with plating when needed, reflecting a team-oriented environment.

This role offers an hourly wage of $26.20 and requires a candidate who displays a strong work ethic, self-initiative, and enjoys working as part of a team dedicated to providing outstanding guest experiences. Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to follow established dish machine guidelines
  • capability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • physical ability to handle repetitive tasks and lift heavy items
  • willingness to work as part of a team
  • knowledge of safety and sanitation procedures

Job Qualifications

  • prior experience in a kitchen or dishwashing role preferred
  • understanding of basic cleaning and sanitation protocols
  • strong attention to detail
  • ability to follow instructions
  • good communication skills
  • ability to manage time effectively

Job Duties

  • use established guidelines to correctively utilize and maintain dish machine
  • wash glasses and dishes in standard dish rack
  • wash pots and pans only in the pot washer's area
  • ensure all cleaning required to keep the kitchen neat and clean is performed
  • empty full and heavy trash cans and sanitize them
  • place new trash bags in containers after cleaning
  • follow all MSDS protocols and safety guidelines
  • perform other kitchen duties as assigned, including assisting with plating banquet events when needed
