Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to pass sandwich making tests within the first two weeks
- availability to work 30-40 hours per week including overtime, holidays, and weekends as business dictates
- physical stamina to perform all job duties including standing, walking, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- ability to handle cash accurately
- willingness to adhere to company policies and dress code
- strong communication skills

- Ability to use basic math, addition, subtraction, and understand basic fractions
- excellent communication skills
- customer service experience preferred
- ability to work well in a team environment

Job Duties
- Execute genuine greetings and farewells, take orders, operate the cash register, collect payments from customers, and other cash handling duties
- make fast, accurate, and consistent sandwiches
- comply with all portion sizes, recipes, systems, and procedures
- must be able to pass the sandwich tests at the end of the first two weeks of employment and at future testing times
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant including all tables, floors, windows, beverage station, and restrooms
- take telephone orders and complete delivery tickets
- fill out systems and procedures with 100% accuracy and integrity
- always maintain a professional appearance in compliance with the dress code
- display a positive and enthusiastic approach to all assignments
- perform other related duties as required
