The role of the In-Shopper/Crew Member is pivotal in ensuring that customers receive not only delicious sandwiches but also outstanding customer service. Job Requirements

  • Ability to use basic math including addition, subtraction, and understand basic fractions
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach with hands and arms, talk, listen, close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception
  • Ability to occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Willingness to work overtime, holidays, and weekends
  • Ability to work 30-40 hours per week
  • Must maintain a professional appearance in compliance with dress code
  • Must be reliable and punctual

Job Duties

  • Must be able to pass the sandwich tests at the end of the first two weeks of employment and at future testing times
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant including all tables, floors, windows, beverage station, and restrooms
  • Take telephone orders and complete delivery tickets
  • Fill out systems and procedures with 100 percent accuracy and integrity
  • Always maintain a professional appearance in compliance with the dress code
  • Display a positive and enthusiastic approach to all assignments
  • Perform other related duties as required
