Job Duties

  • Greets customers and prepares their orders
  • uses Point of Sale system/cash register to record orders and compute the amount of the bill
  • collects payment from customers and makes change
  • Prepares food neatly, accurately and in a timely manner
  • Demonstrates a complete understanding of menu items and explains them to customers accurately and cheerfully
  • Checks products in prep area and restocks items to ensure sufficient supply throughout the shift
  • Understands and adheres to all quality standards, formulas or portion controls
  • Adheres to proper food handling, safety and sanitation standards, including checking dates and temperatures and logging information
  • Performs general housekeeping and cleaning tasks
  • Maintains professional appearance and grooming standards
  • Performs light paperwork duties as assigned
