Job Requirements
- Some high school or equivalent with the ability to read and perform math
- Ability to read, speak and understand English
- Ability to understand and implement written and verbal instruction
- Ability to interact with customers on a friendly basis and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work a varied schedule and on weekends and holidays
- Must be able to work in any area of the restaurant and operate a computerized Point of Sale system or cash register
- Position requires bending, standing, walking, and repetitive use of hands and arms the entire workday
- Must have ability to lift 10lbs frequently and up to 50lbs occasionally
- Position requires the ability to handle continuous exposure to food and cleaning chemicals
- Position requires the ability to handle exposure to extreme temperatures

Job Duties
- Greet customers and prepare their orders
- use Point of Sale system or cash register to record orders and compute bills
- collect payment from customers and make change
- prepare food neatly, accurately and timely
- demonstrate complete understanding of menu items and explain to customers cheerfully and helpfully
- check products in prep area and restock items as needed
- adhere to quality standards, formulas, and portion controls
- follow food handling, safety and sanitation standards including checking dates and temperatures and logging information
- perform general housekeeping and cleaning
- maintain professional appearance and grooming standards
- perform light paperwork duties as assigned
