Job Requirements

  • Some high school or equivalent with the ability to read and perform math
  • Ability to read, speak and understand English
  • Ability to understand and implement written and verbal instruction
  • Ability to interact with customers on a friendly basis and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to work a varied schedule and on weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to work in any area of the restaurant and operate a computerized Point of Sale system or cash register
  • Position requires bending, standing, walking, and repetitive use of hands and arms the entire workday
  • Must have ability to lift 10lbs frequently and up to 50lbs occasionally
  • Position requires the ability to handle continuous exposure to food and cleaning chemicals
  • Position requires the ability to handle exposure to extreme temperatures

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Greet customers and prepare their orders
  • use Point of Sale system or cash register to record orders and compute bills
  • collect payment from customers and make change
  • prepare food neatly, accurately and timely
  • demonstrate complete understanding of menu items and explain to customers cheerfully and helpfully
  • check products in prep area and restock items as needed
  • adhere to quality standards, formulas, and portion controls
  • follow food handling, safety and sanitation standards including checking dates and temperatures and logging information
  • perform general housekeeping and cleaning
  • maintain professional appearance and grooming standards
  • perform light paperwork duties as assigned
