Job Requirements

  • Be 18 or older
  • have experience in food preparation and equipment (preferred)
  • related experience (preferred)
  • possess culinary knowledge
  • understand nutritional values and ingredients
  • have communication and interpersonal skills
  • have reading and writing skills
  • ability to execute high-volume production
  • ability to keep open availability for rotating shifts including frequent evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • possess a high school diploma or GED (or equivalent)
  • culinary certification or equivalent culinary training/work experience (preferred)

  • complete tasks at assigned work station
  • assist in multiple cooking venues
  • assist in technical areas and with catering orders as needed
  • perform other duties as assigned
