Job Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of professional serving or bartending experience in restaurants, catering, hotels, or event environments
- Responsible Beverage Service certification required for bartenders or ability to obtain
- Food Handler Card required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
- Reliable transportation to assignments within a 25-mile radius of Mission Valley
- Flexible availability including weekends and evenings
- Ability to stand and walk for 6 to 10 hours per shift
- Ability to carry trays and lift up to 30 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive service motions
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of professional serving or bartending experience in restaurants, catering, hotels, or event environments
- Comfortable working in fast-paced hospitality settings with changing service styles
- Professional appearance and strong guest service skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

Job Duties
- Provide professional food and beverage service in corporate dining and event environments
- Perform tray passing, plated meal service, buffet service, and reception-style service
- Set up and break down service areas, including tables, stations, and bar setups
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following service standards (Bartenders)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready service environment
- Deliver excellent guest service while maintaining professionalism and efficiency
- Follow food safety, alcohol service, and sanitation standards
