Currently, The Party Staff, Inc. is seeking experienced Servers and Bartenders in San Diego to join their expanding team. The responsibilities for the role are broad and dynamic, requiring candidates to deliver food and beverage service using multiple service techniques including tray passing, plated meal service, buffet service, and reception-style operations. Adherence to food safety regulations, alcohol service laws, sanitation standards, and company policies is paramount. Bartenders must hold or be able to obtain a Responsible Beverage Service certification, while all employees are required to have or obtain a Food Handler Card. Reliable transportation within the designated service radius is necessary to fulfill the assignment requirements effectively.

This position offers a professional and respectful work environment where employees engage with a variety of client teams including captains, chefs, coordinators, and others to ensure smooth event execution. The Party Staff values inclusivity and provide equal employment opportunities to all candidates, adhering strictly to regulations regarding nondiscrimination and reasonable accommodations under the ADA.
