Job Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months of professional serving or bartending experience in restaurants, catering, hotels, or event environments
  • Responsible Beverage Service certification required for bartenders or ability to obtain
  • Food Handler Card required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
  • Reliable transportation to assignments within a 25-mile radius of Mission Valley
  • Flexible availability including weekends and evenings
  • Ability to stand and walk for 6 to 10 hours per shift
  • Ability to carry trays and lift up to 30 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive service motions

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 months of professional serving or bartending experience in restaurants, catering, hotels, or event environments
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced hospitality settings with changing service styles
  • Professional appearance and strong guest service skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

  • Food Handler Card required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
  • Reliable transportation to assignments within a 25-mile radius of Mission Valley
  • Strong reliability, punctuality, and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Provide professional food and beverage service in corporate dining and event environments
  • Perform tray passing, plated meal service, buffet service, and reception-style service
  • Set up and break down service areas, including tables, stations, and bar setups
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following service standards (Bartenders)
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready service environment
  • Deliver excellent guest service while maintaining professionalism and efficiency
  • Follow food safety, alcohol service, and sanitation standards
