The role demands an individual who can follow detailed steps of service and adhere to client-specific event instructions with precision and care. Throughout the event, maintaining clean, organized work areas while communicating effectively with event staff, captains, chefs, and managers is paramount. The ideal candidate embodies a polished guest service mentality, representing The Party Staff professionally at all times and strictly following uniform, safety, and company policies.
This position primarily operates during evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events, with occasional daytime assignments for corporate or university functions, making flexibility and reliable transportation key aspects of the job.
