Job Requirements
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to lift and carry trays and equipment up to approximately 25 pounds
- ability to bend, reach, and move quickly in busy event environments
- flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- reliable transportation to assignments
- prior banquet serving experience preferred
- ability to carry trays safely during service

Job Duties
- perform professional banquet service including plated meals, buffet service, receptions, and cocktail events
- carry oval trays safely and confidently during service
- set up and break down banquet tables, service stations, and event areas
- follow steps of service and client-specific event instructions
- maintain clean, organized work areas throughout the event
- communicate effectively with captains, chefs, event managers, and teammates
- provide polished guest service while representing The Party Staff professionally
