Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years experience in customer service or retail environment
  • must be 21 years or older
  • ability to work at sustained, fast pace
  • excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • ability to multitask
  • ability to stand and/or walk for 6-8 hour shifts
  • technical proficiency with point of sale systems
  • maintain professional demeanor under pressure
  • comply with federal, state and local background check laws

Job Qualifications

  • 1+ years experience in a fast paced, customer service centric environment such as sales associate, retail sales associate, customer service representative, store associate, salon associate, or a similar position
  • must be 21 years or older and meet Virginia Alcoholic Beverage Control requirements to serve as an ABC manager
  • previous experience with point of sale systems strongly preferred
  • previous salon or spa experience preferred but not required
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • proven track record of providing exceptional customer service
  • ability to multitask with ease
  • technical ability to operate point of sale systems
  • ability to maintain professionalism under pressure

  • Provide excellent customer service to all clients
  • assist customers with retail product selections and sales
  • manage point of sale transactions accurately
  • promote membership sales to increase customer engagement
