The role of Salon Manager at HairMasters represents an exciting leadership opportunity for those passionate about the beauty industry and team development. This full-time position offers a competitive pay range of $19.50 to $40.00 per hour, with the potential to earn a guaranteed 50% service commission, and the ability to increase this commission up to 60%. Monthly quota bonuses and a percentage of total monthly sales provide additional income potential. The manager will have full control to grow both their team and business, with all necessary color and backbar supplies provided at no additional fees.
As a Salon Manager, you will lead and inspire your team of stylists, fostering a positive and dynamic salon culture. You’ll be responsible for coaching your team towards achieving sales and service goals, recruiting talent, and maintaining high standards of operation. Your leadership skills will be key in driving salon performance by meeting and surpassing sales targets, executing marketing initiatives, and ensuring day-to-day operational excellence. Furthermore, you’ll be deeply involved in delivering exceptional guest experiences by ensuring every client receives outstanding service and consultation. You will serve as a role model both on the salon floor and behind the chair.
The position also involves managing salon operations such as scheduling, inventory oversight, maintaining cleanliness, safety compliance, and transaction accuracy.
