They are currently seeking a Guest Services Associate to join their Grove City location. This part-time position, offering $15.00 per hour for 25 to 28 hours per week, is ideal for individuals who thrive in dynamic, fast-paced settings and enjoy providing exemplary customer service. The role is central to the guest experience as the first and last point of contact, responsible for creating a welcoming environment, managing appointment scheduling, and handling inquiries with professionalism and warmth. The Guest Services Associate will be integral in ensuring smooth operations, demonstrating strong multitasking abilities, problem-solving skills, and detailed attention to guest needs. Working hours include a mixture of weekday shifts with some evenings until 9 pm and up to three Saturdays per month, requiring flexible availability.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Availability to work Monday 10 am to 4 pm, 2-3 weekday evenings until 9 pm, and up to 3 Saturdays per month
- Ability to handle phone and email communications professionally
- Strong computer literacy and ability to use scheduling software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- No visa sponsorship available

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and manage the front desk operations
- Schedule and confirm client appointments using salon software

- Address and resolve minor guest complaints and feedback promptly
