This opportunity is to join 4WP and ORW as a Sales Associate where you will leverage your passion for trucks, Jeeps, off-roading, and automotive customization to help customers find the perfect parts and accessories tailored to their needs. The position offers hourly pay ranging from $16.90 to $28.00 plus uncapped commission, providing substantial earning potential. Total compensation is estimated between $40,000 and $100,000 annually, depending on your base pay and commission earnings. This role is ideal for individuals with a background or interest in automotive parts, automotive sales, dealership experience, tire shops, or related retail sales environments.

As a Sales Associate, you will engage customers on the sales floor, provide expert advice on aftermarket products such as wheels, tires, lift kits, and performance upgrades, and build strong relationships that encourage repeat business and brand loyalty. This role involves utilizing suggestive selling tactics and in-depth product knowledge to drive sales and meet or exceed monthly goals for merchandise, labor, and warranty sales. Alongside sales responsibilities, you will contribute to inventory management and ensure the store’s appearance and safety standards are upheld.
