Job Requirements
- Must have and maintain an in-state driver’s license in good standing
- Must pass and maintain manufacturer certification (assistance provided)
- Must have the ability to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Riverside, CA
- Must be available for full-time work
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Must have ability to maintain a professional appearance
- Must be able to learn and retain knowledge about vehicles and dealership procedures
Job Qualifications
- Ability to read, write and understand short correspondence with management

Job Duties
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone, Internet or text
- Check email frequently and respond to customer inquiries immediately
- Learn and follow scripting required by our process
- Set appointments for customers to meet employees and test drive vehicles
- Study, learn and maintain knowledge of vehicles and dealership policies
- Understand manufacturer incentives and programs
- Test drive vehicles with customers
- Work with sales managers and customers throughout car buying and negotiation process
- Establish personal goals consistent with dealership productivity requirements
- Maintain a professional appearance
