Job Requirements

  • Legally authorized to work in the US
  • At least 18 years old
  • Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • At least one year customer service and/or sales experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest
  • Maintain a welcoming, professional, visible presence at the front desk
  • Engage with guests, ensuring they are treated in a cordial, respectful manner
  • Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols
  • Aid customers with credit applications and financing
  • Address customer concerns independently whenever possible
  • Aid in store opening and closing activities including cash reconciliation and completion of daily checklists
  • Support inventory management and loss prevention procedures
  • Meet and exceed sales goals and align to KPIs and performance standards
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by management
