Job Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the US
- At least 18 years old
- Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- At least one year customer service and/or sales experience preferred
- Ability to communicate information that inspires action
- Outgoing, friendly, and easy to talk to
- Ability to develop and share fresh ideas
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to maintain reliable attendance
- Ability to flourish in an environment that values exceptional service and customer satisfaction
Job Duties
- Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest
- Maintain a welcoming, professional, visible presence at the front desk
- Engage with guests, ensuring they are treated in a cordial, respectful manner
- Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols
- Aid customers with credit applications and financing
- Address customer concerns independently whenever possible
- Aid in store opening and closing activities including cash reconciliation and completion of daily checklists
- Support inventory management and loss prevention procedures
- Meet and exceed sales goals and align to KPIs and performance standards
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by management
