Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest
- maintain a welcoming, professional, visible presence at the front desk
- engage with guests ensuring respectful and cordial treatment representing the company’s brand image
- accurately process sales orders and adhere to cash handling protocols
- assist customers with credit applications and financing
- address customer concerns independently when possible
- aid in store opening and closing activities including cash reconciliation
- support inventory management and participate in bi-annual inventory checks
- meet and exceed sales goals aligned to KPIs
- complete additional management-assigned tasks
