This position offers structured responsibilities such as aiding in the store's opening and closing procedures, managing inventory with meticulous attention to loss prevention, and meeting or exceeding sales goals aligned with key performance indicators. These duties require a mix of interpersonal finesse, operational diligence, and sales acumen. Job Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the US
- at least 18 years old
- ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- one year of customer service and/or sales experience preferred
- outgoing and friendly personality
