  • 1+ year hospitality and/or client service experience
  • 1+ year of retail or direct selling experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • High School/GED
  • Ability to work flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekend, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Pro-actively train all new hires onsite to assist department
  • Provide bi-weekly email communication back to Area Manager to communicate feedback to the business partner
  • Track and provide commentary on all new Honors Members and/or Players Club signups at location
  • Supervise all TripAdvisor comments to contribute feedback
  • Act as a liaison directly with Hilton Resort and HGV
  • Ensure monthly location targets are met and/or exceeded
  • Assist in helping close a package transaction for a team member
