Job Requirements
- 1+ year hospitality and/or client service experience
- 1+ year of retail or direct selling experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- High School/GED
- Ability to work flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekend, and holidays

Job Duties
- Pro-actively train all new hires onsite to assist department
- Provide bi-weekly email communication back to Area Manager to communicate feedback to the business partner
- Track and provide commentary on all new Honors Members and/or Players Club signups at location
- Supervise all TripAdvisor comments to contribute feedback
- Act as a liaison directly with Hilton Resort and HGV
- Ensure monthly location targets are met and/or exceeded
- Assist in helping close a package transaction for a team member
