This Sales Support Specialist position, based in Orlando, FL, is a critical role within Airgas’s retail operation. Emphasizing excellent customer service and administrative support, the Specialist will partner closely with the sales and branch teams. Responsibilities include facilitating the full order lifecycle—from entry and quotation to modifications and cancellations—ensuring real-time accuracy and timely communication. The role also focuses on building strong internal and external relationships, fostering alignment between logistics and vendor partners, and driving continuous process improvements.

With a starting base pay of $29.00 per hour complemented by quarterly incentive bonuses, this role offers an appealing compensation package. The position follows a Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. onsite schedule, supporting a collaborative team environment.
