The VeriSight Clinical Specialist plays a critical dual role, blending technical expertise with clinical acumen to support healthcare providers throughout the adoption and use of the VeriSight platform. This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals and allied health staff, providing comprehensive education, technical and clinical product support, and system assistance to optimize procedural success. The specialist works closely with Regional and Territory Managers, collaborating across various Philips business units including Ultrasound, Image Guided Therapy Systems and Devices, Training and Education, Field Service Engineers, and Field Management teams. This collaborative approach ensures seamless alignment and execution of activities that drive the successful commercialization and clinical integration of the VeriSight platform.

As part of an entrepreneurial and rapidly expanding business segment, the VeriSight Clinical Specialist is expected to demonstrate a hands-on, autonomous working style with high individual initiative. This position requires a relentless drive to achieve both individual and team goals, maintain advanced clinical knowledge, and adopt a customer-centric approach oriented around consultative selling and education. The incumbent will become a recognized expert in 3D ICE technology, applying this knowledge across multiple clinical procedure types to identify customer needs, provide tailored support and education, assist in product evaluations, and contribute valuable clinical feedback to internal and external stakeholders.

Ongoing professional development is crucial in this role, with continuous improvement in clinical skills, competitive product knowledge, and customer engagement strategies essential to maximizing product adoption and customer satisfaction. The Clinical Specialist will actively engage hospital stakeholders at all phases of the case process – pre, intra, and post-procedural – to ensure optimal educational outreach and support. This includes facilitating new program launches, physician and staff trainings, and supporting company-led clinical and marketing initiatives such as trials, registries, and educational events.

The role offers an attractive compensation package that includes a competitive base salary along with performance-based incentives, reflecting Philips' commitment to rewarding talent and excellence. Target earnings range from $154,000 to $190,000 annually, supplemented by company-provided fleet or car options.
