The role offers a dynamic work schedule that includes flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and peak retail seasons.

Coach values employees who exhibit key competencies such as courage, creativity, customer focus, adaptability, drive for results, interpersonal skills, and a commitment to continuous learning. Team members are expected to engage in a culture of openness and constructive feedback, demonstrate strategic thinking, support the development of their colleagues, and contribute to building effective and cohesive teams. The Sales Support Associate role at Coach represents not just a job but a chance to be part of a global luxury fashion brand that is rooted in heritage but focused on innovation and inclusivity, where employees can grow and thrive in a supportive and forward-thinking environment. This position offers a base pay range of $15.00 to $21.75 per hour, with a comprehensive benefits package that underlines the company’s dedication to employee well-being and professional growth.
