Job Requirements

  • prior experience in construction or roofing industry preferred
  • strong organizational skills
  • excellent communication abilities
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • willingness to engage in cold sales activities

Job Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of construction or roofing
  • ability to document projects with pictures and video
  • experience in sales or customer-facing roles preferred
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to operate drone technology or willingness to learn
  • proficiency with software tools for estimates

Job Duties

  • Fully documenting new potential projects with pictures and video
  • learning to fly a drone using proprietary automated flight software
  • working directly with homeowners to sell new residential roofs
  • cold calling potential new clients by knocking on doors
  • helping walk clients through the insurance claims process
  • writing estimates using company software
  • collecting all payments and ensuring client happiness
