Currently, D.R. Horton is seeking a full-time Sales Representative to join its dynamic homebuilder organization based in Spanish Fort, Alabama. The Sales Representative will play a pivotal role in managing the home sales process, ensuring an outstanding customer experience throughout the journey. This role involves continuous sourcing and engagement of new customers, assisting clients in finding and customizing their dream homes, and overseeing the sales process to completion. Job Requirements
- Associate’s degree or 2 years related experience
- Must have a vehicle, valid driver’s license, and be able to drive in daytime or nighttime
- Ability to utilize DRH Sales applications on a smart phone, tablet, or laptop
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral form or via DRH Sales applications
- Proficiency with MS Office and email
- Ability to stand and walk for 4 hours straight or up to a full 8-hour day
- sit for extended periods
- kneel and bend at the waist
- walk up and down stairs
- walk on unlevel terrain
- use hands to finger, handle or feel
- reach with hands and arms
- talk and hear
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds

- Continually source new sales opportunities

- Maintains and expands database of prospects
- Attend sales meetings
