This exciting opportunity is for an Outside Sales Representative to join the growing rental segment team at Cintas. Job Requirements

- valid driver’s license
- proficiency with MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- proficiency with intranet/internet systems and contact management systems
- willing to engage in sales training and certification

Job Qualifications

- bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, marketing, communications, or related field preferred
- prior sales experience of 1 year or more preferred
- prior B2B sales experience preferred
Job Duties
- prospect, develop, and qualify leads within the assigned territory
- utilize CRM to identify and close new business
- apply skills from Cintas Sales Training Program including cold-calling, in-person sales, product demonstrations, negotiations, objection handling, and closing
- achieve weekly, quarterly, and annual sales goals and quotas
- maintain strong relationships with customers to meet and exceed their needs
- collaborate with team members and participate in recognition programs
