We are currently seeking a Sales Representative to join our expanding Outside Sales team. This role is ideal for individuals who are goal-oriented, motivated, and energetic, eager to build a rewarding career in business-to-business (B2B) sales. The Sales Representative will serve customers by offering industry-leading facility services products and solutions tailored to their needs, helping them prepare for successful workdays. This position is full-time, regular employee status, and operates on the 1st shift.

In this role, the successful candidate will leverage skills gained through the comprehensive Cintas Sales Training Program, applying techniques such as cold calling, in-person selling, product demonstrations, negotiations, objection handling, and closing strategies. The Sales Representative will be responsible for prospecting, developing, and qualifying leads within a designated territory. Utilizing Cintas’ contact management system (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools, the role includes identifying prospective customers, cultivating new business relationships, and consistently achieving weekly sales goals and quotas.

Cintas offers competitive base salary plus monthly commission with the potential to earn unlimited earnings and quarterly bonuses based on performance. Additional benefits include an extensive car package covering monthly car allowance/reimbursement, insurance, gas, and maintenance expenses for the use of a personal vehicle. Job Qualifications
