This position includes robust training through the Cintas Sales Training Program, where the candidate will learn essential sales techniques such as cold calling, in-person sales engagements, product demonstrations, negotiation, objection handling, and closing sales. Sales Representatives will be responsible for prospecting new business, developing leads, qualifying potential customers, and utilizing customer relationship management (CRM) tools to manage sales pipelines effectively. Success in this role means consistently achieving and surpassing weekly sales goals and quotas.
