Harcros Chemicals is actively seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Representative to join their dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving sales growth and fostering strong customer relationships within a designated territory. The Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling the extensive portfolio of Harcros products and services, identifying new business opportunities, processing customer orders accurately, and supporting the overall sales and profitability objectives of the company. The ideal candidate will possess a results-driven mindset, exhibit high levels of organization, and be adept at cultivating long-term partnerships with customers. Collaboration with internal teams, including marketing and operations, will be essential to deliver exemplary service and facilitate business expansion.

The Sales Representative will actively analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive pricing strategies to capitalize on emerging sales opportunities. By maintaining up-to-date sales records and preparing contracts, this professional ensures smooth transaction processes and robust customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include communicating product updates, proactively resolving customer concerns, and participating in sales promotions and marketing initiatives. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, chemistry, marketing or other related science or field
  • 1-3 years of B2B sales experience and/or training preferred
  • CRM experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license required

Job Duties

  • Develop and maintain relationships with commercial and industrial customers to promote and sell company products and services
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, pricing, and sales opportunities to support business growth and profitability
  • Process customer orders, maintain sales records, and prepare sales contracts and related documentation
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities while supporting customer retention and satisfaction
  • Communicate product updates, resolve customer concerns, and provide ongoing customer support
  • Support sales promotions, marketing initiatives, and product display activities
  • Collaborate with the District Manager and internal teams to achieve sales and operational goals
  • Perform other duties as assigned
