We are currently seeking motivated Vacation Sales Ambassadors to join our team. This role requires a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays to meet the dynamic needs of our customers. As a Vacation Sales Ambassador, you will engage with customers primarily at Cabela’s locations, where you will promote vacation ownership opportunities effectively. Your responsibilities will include delivering friendly and informative presentations that highlight the value of vacation ownership, building strong rapport with guests, and identifying their unique vacation preferences and needs. You will work towards meeting or exceeding both individual and team sales targets and will stay updated on current promotions, vacation destinations, and product offerings.

In addition to sales duties, you will provide concierge-style service by recommending local attractions and suggesting discounted vacation packages, enhancing the overall customer experience. Continuous learning and professional development are key components of this role, as you will participate in regular training sessions to sharpen your skills and stay knowledgeable about our offerings. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One year sales experience is a plus but not required
  • Proven ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests, team members, and leadership
  • Comfortable using a computer for everyday tasks
  • Willing to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
