Hilton Grand Vacations has established itself as a trusted name within the vacation ownership industry, with properties that offer attractive amenities and destinations designed to create memorable vacations for owners and guests alike. The company puts a significant emphasis on fostering a positive and collaborative work environment, reflecting its core values in every interaction and process it undertakes. Team members play a vital role in driving the organization's success, as they contribute directly to enhancing customer experiences and promoting the company’s reputation in the luxury vacation market. Hilton Grand Vacations' corporate culture supports career growth, continuous learning, and personal development, making it an outstanding place for professionals who are passionate about travel and hospitality.
This position focuses on sales professionals who build relationships through face-to-face interactions with guests, presenting pre-qualified buyers with the opportunity to purchase ownership rights at Hilton Grand Vacations' world-class resorts. The role involves greeting guests, listening attentively to their travel interests, and offering tailored vacation ownership options that align with their needs. Sales associates will tour the magnificent resorts and amenities with visitors, aiming to build rapport and ultimately invite them to become part of the Hilton Grand Vacations family. This position emphasizes an ethical, professional approach to sales, fostering trust and satisfaction among potential owners. There is no need for lead generation since buyers are pre-screened and attend appointment-only presentations, simplifying sales efforts and focusing on delivering an excellent experience.
Sales professionals at Hilton Grand Vacations apply specialized selling concepts that reflect the company’s core values and policies, helping to promote a collaborative and encouraging work environment. They communicate effectively with clients through diverse channels such as email, telephone, and written correspondence to ensure customer happiness and to follow up on interest and inquiries. Regular attendance at weekly sales training sessions is required to sharpen skills and stay updated on product knowledge and sales strategies. The role demands flexibility to work weekends and holidays and the ability to meet ambitious compensation goals, supported by a competitive earnings package with uncapped commissions. Additionally, associates may be called upon to perform other reasonable duties as assigned by management to support team and company objectives.
Overall, joining Hilton Grand Vacations means becoming part of a company dedicated to helping guests and owners create unforgettable vacation experiences worldwide. Known not only for their excellent products but for their strong commitment to employee well-being, Hilton Grand Vacations offers robust benefits from day one and a supportive travel program that extends discounts to team members and their families. This position is ideal for motivated sales professionals eager to engage with guests in a dynamic and rewarding environment, backed by a respected brand and an inclusive corporate culture.
