This position offers a base salary of $51,500 with the potential to earn up to an additional $4,759 through Impact Pay incentives, reflecting Anheuser-Busch's commitment to rewarding performance and teamwork.

The Sales Relief Representative role is designed for individuals eager to play a crucial part in expanding the company’s market share across all areas of the business while engaging directly with consumers and retail customers. As a Sales Relief Representative, you will be responsible for growing the Anheuser-Busch product portfolio by ensuring effective point-of-sale presence, optimal shelf assortment, and eye-catching product displays. The role combines direct sales efforts with building and maintaining valuable relationships with retail accounts and customers. The successful candidate will help identify new market segments and business opportunities to increase market penetration and contribute to the overall success of the brand.

In this fast-paced sales environment, you will visit assigned retail accounts regularly to promote volume sales, monitor pricing and shelf space, and negotiate agreements that benefit both the company and its retail partners. Your ability to gather and analyze market data and feedback on buying trends will drive strategic decisions and sales initiatives. You'll be actively involved in new product launch events, promotional activities, and company-sponsored events where you will represent the Anheuser-Busch brand passionately and professionally. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED
  • Must be 21 years of age and have a valid driver’s license and safe driving record
  • Ability and willingness to work flexible hours
  • Ability to move products, hang merchandise and fulfill other physical requirements including repetitive lifting, bending and pulling/pushing
  • Strong selling and negotiation skills
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to grow and manage customer relationships
  • 1 or more years of selling experience

Job Duties

  • Visit assigned retail accounts to sell volume, increase distribution, monitor price and shelf space management
  • Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales
  • Increase shelf space and position for Anheuser-Busch product
  • Gather market and customer information and provide feedback on buying trends
  • Participate in new product launch events including profile tastings
  • Make daily decisions regarding retail inventory levels using past sales history and reports
  • Attend sales meetings to discuss sales issues, competitive activities, and opportunities to maximize sales efforts
  • Represent Anheuser-Busch through promotions and company events
