Hyundai Downtown, a distinguished member of the Ken Garff Automotive Dealership family, is currently seeking a talented Sales Receptionist to join their team. This role is pivotal in supporting the front desk operations and enhancing the overall customer experience. The Sales Receptionist at Hyundai Downtown plays a crucial role in handling incoming calls promptly and professionally, greeting and accommodating walk-in customers, and ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and helpful. This is an entry-level to mid-level position that offers paid training, real career growth opportunities, and competitive compensation starting at $15 per hour. Job Duties

  • Answer phones in a professional manner within three rings and transfer customers promptly to appropriate destination
  • take messages from customers when desired person is unable to be reached or at customer request
  • greet and accommodate walk-in customers promptly providing timely friendly professional service
  • provide excellent customer service by listening to customer inquiries and requests asking questions to identify needs and resolving customer concerns
  • maintain a professional appearance always
  • call customers when license plates come in and keep a license plate log to ensure accuracy
  • perform other duties as assigned
