The role offered is a full-time Sales Receptionist position based in Miami Beach, FL. This integral role is designed for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service. The Sales Receptionist will serve as the welcoming face for both prospective and existing clients, ensuring each interaction embodies luxury and professional care. This position requires building strong client relationships through world-class service, upholding the company’s reputation, and contributing to ongoing client satisfaction and retention. Working hours span from Monday through Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Friday through Saturday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The candidate will collaborate closely with clinic staff to help achieve monthly sales targets by upselling additional services and promotions tailored to client needs. Additionally, the role encompasses a variety of administrative responsibilities supporting the Sales Manager to maintain the smooth day-to-day operations of the clinic.
