The Porter - New position is a vital role focused on maintaining the visual appeal and operational efficiency of the dealership lot and vehicles. This role requires a dedicated associate responsible for a variety of important duties related to the sales process, upkeep of the vehicles and dealership property, and supporting customer interactions. The position involves multitasking between vehicle maintenance tasks such as cleaning, placement of window stickers, and transporting vehicles as well as assisting with customer deliveries and dealership facility upkeep. The Porter must collaborate closely with sales managers to ensure that the dealership display standards are met consistently, making the vehicle lot both inviting and professionally presented. The role requires safe and reliable operation of vehicles, including transporting customers and dealership personnel as needed, sometimes across state lines. Furthermore, the Porter will assist in weather-related clean-up and contribute to the ongoing maintenance of the dealership grounds and buildings.
