Employees in this role must also demonstrate a strong ability to follow directions, uphold a professional appearance, maintain a positive team-oriented attitude, and possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record in accordance with dealership guidelines. Candidates must be willing to undergo a pre-employment background check.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in automotive or related field preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to perform physical tasks required for lot maintenance
Job Qualifications
- Ability to follow directions
- Positive attitude, team player, and professional appearance
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle driving record
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check
Job Duties
- Assist the sales department with all new and used car inventory, keep cars clean and ready for customers
- Assist with vehicle transport company deliveries, ensuring no damage and all keys and books are delivered
- Keep all vehicles on the sales floor clean and plugged into a power source
- Be responsible for the entire sales lot, including customer parking
- Remove debris and trash from all lot areas daily
- Perform other duties as assigned
